Peel Land has completed the sale of the first 100 acres of its Mosley Common development site, marking a major milestone in delivering much-needed housing in Wigan. Completing on 4th April 2025, this deal sees Kellen Homes, acquire the land to build 815 of the homes that form part of the 1,044 planned allocation, working together with partners Great Places Housing Group and Taylor Wimpey, reinforcing both Kellen and Peel Lands commitment to the provision of high-quality, sustainable, mixed tenure homes.
